Main Focus - Resetting the disc (Dump swing)

What is a dump?
The dump is a way of resetting the disc and stall count.
The dump is usually the second handler who will position themselves horizontally to the handler with the disc. If no downfield cuts are free and the stall count gets high the handler will turn and make eye contact with the dump. This then initiates the dump to make a cut to get free and reset the disc.

Check out the Rise Up video for a more in-depth look into the dump swing.
